Joseph Opoku struck inside two minutes, Eom Ji-sung doubled the lead on 44 with the interval in sight, and Ronald added a third at 90+1. Three goals, three different scorers, and a home side that never got on the scoresheet.

The scoreline flatters nobody. Swansea led before Derby had settled, and the second goal, arriving right on half-time, took away whatever the break might have offered the hosts.
